Contact messages are sent to our team by email and logged in a private spreadsheet so we do not lose them. Both are access controlled.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to help you, then remove them on a regular basis.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
